About the Audi Q6 SUV e-tron

The Audi Q6 SUV e-tron is Audi's mid-size electric SUV and the first model to use the PPE (Premium Platform Electric) platform jointly developed with Porsche. Sharing its underpinnings with the Porsche Macan Electric, it brings 800-volt architecture to a more accessible price point than the Porsche.

Available with 75.8 kWh or 94.9 kWh usable battery capacities, WLTP range stretches to 388 miles in the most efficient configuration. The headline charging figure of 270 kW DC means a 10–80% fill in approximately 21 minutes — a genuine game-changer for road trip convenience.

Rear-wheel-drive and quattro AWD variants are offered, with power outputs from 306 to 382 bhp. The interior represents Audi's new design language with a panoramic curved display, optional passenger entertainment screen, and a 526-litre boot. It sits between the Q4 e-tron and the larger Q8 e-tron in Audi's lineup.

What the press thinks

The Q6 SUV e-tron has received widespread acclaim as Audi's best electric car yet. The PPE platform's 800V charging is consistently highlighted as transformative. Reviewers praise the interior quality and range, with mild criticism for the slightly heavy steering and firm ride on larger wheels.
