Cooper estimated average
These curves are aggregated, owner-reported degradation data — not official manufacturer figures. Your own result above is the number that matters.
Wh/mi or Wh/km
On the central circular display, navigate to "Vehicle" → "Driving Experience" or "Trip Computer". Average consumption in kWh/100 km or Wh/mi is shown in the trip data. On newer models, swipe to the energy-consumption card.
Estimated Range
Estimated range is displayed on the instrument cluster (head-up display if equipped) and in the central display's EV status section.
Battery Percentage
Battery percentage is shown on the central display's battery widget and on the instrument cluster.

About the Mini Cooper
The all-new Mini Cooper Electric arrived in 2024 as a ground-up redesign — the first Mini built on a purpose-built EV platform rather than adapted from a petrol car. Available in E (36.6 kWh) and SE (49.2 kWh) versions, it's a proper city EV with Mini's signature go-kart handling.
The design is cleaner and more modern than the outgoing model, with a circular OLED display replacing the old instrument cluster. The SE version delivers up to 250 miles WLTP — a massive improvement over the old car's 145 miles. The interior is characterful with ambient lighting and toggle switches that retain Mini's playful DNA.
DC charging at up to 95 kW is adequate rather than impressive. The compact dimensions make it superb for city driving, with a tight turning circle and nimble responses. It's not a long-distance cruiser, but for urban commuters who want style and fun, few EVs match it.
What the press thinks
The electric Mini reinvented. Reviewers love the go-kart handling, characterful interior, and much-improved range. The main criticisms are the modest DC charging speed, limited rear-seat space, and a boot that's still tiny at 200 litres.
