EX30 estimated average
These curves are aggregated, owner-reported degradation data — not official manufacturer figures. Your own result above is the number that matters.
Wh/mi or Wh/km
On the Google-based infotainment screen, swipe down or tap the "Energy" app. Average consumption in kWh/100 km or Wh/mi is displayed in the energy consumption summary. On older models (pre-Google), check "Driver Performance" in the centre display.
Estimated Range
Estimated range is shown on the instrument cluster (driver display) and in the "Range" screen of the central display, which breaks range down by climate, driving style, etc.
Battery Percentage
Battery percentage is displayed on the instrument cluster next to the range and in the charging/battery section of the central display.

About the Volvo EX30
The Volvo EX30 is the Swedish brand's smallest and most affordable EV — a compact crossover designed to compete with the likes of the MINI Countryman and BMW iX1. Despite its compact footprint, it packs serious technology and Volvo's signature safety credentials.
The Single Motor version uses an LFP battery (49 kWh) that can be charged to 100% daily, while the Single Motor Extended Range and Twin Motor use NMC chemistry with a larger 65 kWh pack. Range of up to 298 miles WLTP is impressive for the size. The interior takes a bold approach with a single central touchscreen and no driver display — everything routes through the centre screen.
It's built on Geely's SEA platform and manufactured in China, which attracted some controversy and trade tariffs. But the driving experience is polished, the materials are sustainable, and it represents excellent value. The Twin Motor Performance variant hits 0–62 mph in just 3.6 seconds.
What the press thinks
A small EV with big ambitions. Reviewers love the value, punchy performance, and Volvo's characteristically strong safety story. The polarising single-screen interior, firm ride on larger wheels, and limited rear space are the main drawbacks.
